Refund policy
We hope you love your Unora nails, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
✨ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened nail sets in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unorabeauty.com with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
✨ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
✨ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
✨ Final Sale Items
Promotional, discounted, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.
